retaining resizable frame widths

Hello and thanks in advance for any help.

I have a button with which a I can collapse and reopen a resizable frame
onclick. Being that it is resizable, upon reopening the frame I would like
to retain the width of the frame to what it was before it was collapsed. Is
there a property that captures the width of the frame at whatever it was set
to by the user.
