Hi,
Anyone know how to serialize a DefaultStyledDocument in a way which
works across Java versions?
My serializing works with the standard Java way, I can write the
document to a file and read it back in no problems. But the standard XML
serializer outputs a basic 'framework' file, which does not read back
in, and obviously does not hold enough information.
XStream outputs a decent looking XML file, but it does read back in, and
it appears to be a known problem on the XStream fourms.
Anyone got any other suggestion of how to write a DefaultStyledDocument
to a file and read it back in, regardless of Java version?
Cheers
