Source Lookup Path in Eclipse

Eclipse keeps forgetting what I've set in the Source Lookup Path. I
haven't found any pattern to what causes it to drop the settings.
Sometimes I can go right back in after clicking on Apply and Close and
it won't have the projects I just added. Other times I can run the
Tomcat 5.x app as a debug a few times and they're still in there.

I searched the web and groups for this. Doesn't seem to be a problem
for anyone else. Has anyone else had this problem?
