TableStyle not memmber of DataGrid

I was trying to look at TableStyles of a datagrid such as this code I found
on the net:

DataGridTableStyle existingTableStyle = grid.TableStyles[mapName];
int counter = existingTableStyle.GridColumnStyles.Count;
DataGridTableStyle newTableStyle = new DataGridTableStyle();

But I get the error:

'TableStyles' is not a member of 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.DataGrid'

Why is that?
