Tooltip font?

How do you control the font/size and display duration of tooltips on a web
page? Is there anything in css for this?

Hi Barry,

There doesn't seem to be a way to control this through a stylesheet. As far as
I can tell, tooltips are under the user's control as an operating system
Display setting.

Hi Barry,

The user (not the Web page) can change the tooltip appearance by going to:

Control Panel > Display > Appearance > Advanced > Item (Tooltip)

That's the only way I know.

Not really the answer I was hoping for. I don't find anything about how to
set this at the os level when search Help on XP for "tool tip". Any idea
where this gets set???
