Unable to run C++ .net executable from network drive hookoed to se

when i try to run a C++ .net executable from a network drive hooked to server
it throws the following execption
SYSTEM.SECUTRITY.POLICY.POLICYEXECPTION.
i have tried copying the project in to the network drive and running it from
there but it shows the same error...any suggestions!!!

your help will be appreciated
