Upload file in DataGrid

Hi,

I need to customise the DataGrid in the following way

1) Initially it will display all the records from a table.

2) When I click on the edit column, it will hide the existing columns and
display a DataEntry form. Now this form which is within the DataGrid should
have a file upload option along with the other server controls.

What should I do to achieve this?

Use ASPANEL to show hide the datagrid versus the data entry 'form' ...
would be much easier ...
