Using VB ActiveX DLL in Visual C++ API

My VB ActiveX DLL component strurture as the follow,
-VBDLL.vbp
--DLLClass.cls


DLLClass.cls content:

Public Function TestFunc(sNum As Integer) As String
TestFunc = "testtesttest"
End Function

How can I use the function in Microsoft Visual C++ .net 2003 ?
