Does anyone know an easy way to decode the yEnc news message format
using perl (or some readily available Unix program)?
I've tried using the Convert::yEnc library but was unsuccessful in
getting it working. I think maybe I need administrator access to
install some necessary components of it (I just have a virtual
server), but I'm not sure. Anyone know?
