access domain's user 's right from asp.net page

hi, all
we have a NT4 machines to host all the user's info./permissions/roles, and now
we have a web site which hosts on a Win-Server 2003. Right now, instead of have
another database to store user's info/password/roles, we want to use the
existing user's permission/roles from the domain controller(NT4 machine).

How can I do this in asp.net? any examples, ideas?
