Active Directory Sign-Up through Web

Hello,

I need your help ASP.net website. I need to make web page for user sign-up
to Active Directory Could any one provide me the complete code for the html
page. As this is my curriculam project and I dont have any Idea about
ASP.net. I have installed and implemented Active Directory completely...only
part pending is sign-up form as I dont have knowledge on Web page designing.
