Adding constraints in Simplify and Altera Quartus

Anybody knows how add constraints in Simplify for later add them to Quartus

I would first try sending my source file
list straight to Quartus.

Definately. After you have a working design you can back annotate
items to lock in those constrints, such as pin locations, if desired.
