Hi all,

Fukuoka prefecture sponsors the thrid Fukuoka Ruby Award as past
years. Although sponsored by the Japanese local government, Fukuoka
Ruby Award is fully open to non-Japanese, In fact, last two awards
went to non-Japanese (one American, the other Indian), so that you
have a great chance to win 1 million Yen. Due to recent rise of Yen
price, the value of the prize is automatically increasing. ;-)
