ASP.NET 2.0 accessing SQL Server Express

Hello,

This is a FAQ, messy one but what I actually should do that ASP.NET 2.0 Web
Application is
using SQL Server Express database?

I have struggle with Node\ASPNET user account but connection from Web App to
database
doesn not succeed.

Have anyone simple instructions what should be done when a ASP.NET
application (deployed into IIS) is using SQL Server Express database in same
PC?

Attach the database the same way you would do with SQL Server, and don't use
the UserInstance connection strings; use a regular connection string such as:
server=(local);database=mydatabase;uid=sa;pwd=password;
