ASP.NET MVC Framework

Hi ASP Gurus,
I am trying to use ASP.NET MVC framework, but I dont have ASP.NET MVC Web
Application to choose from the items.
What do I need to start using it.

I have Visual Studio 2008 Framework 3.5 SP1 on Widows XP system.

Please help me.
