ASP.Net "Warning :Page has expired" Question

Hi All,
How can i get rid of "Warning age has expired" Question after clicking
on BACK button on the browser?I have an application that uploads a file to a
Server and after "Confirmation that file is uploaded" i press the BACK button
and it gives the error..
Any solution to this!

This is the expected behavior with Http POST requests. Try to put
SmartNavigation to true
