ASP.NET Web Site Administration Tool

Hi,
Every time I try to add new SQL provider in the web site administration tool
I recieve this error. The Provider was already there but I removed it when I
faced an error and then tried to add it again and now i am getting this error
and can't add any provider. if anyone can help me read this or even better
help me solve this problem.
