aspnet_wp.exe - operation timeout error

Hi All,

I am developing an ASP.NET application.
but after i compile and test the application for various inputs say 20
to 30 inputs.. i get an error "operation timeout".

and from Task manager i could see that ASP.NET worker process
(aspnet_wp.exe)
has reached 75,956K (76 MB).

is it because of the memory i am getting this error ?

do i have to increase the ASP.NET memory ?
if yes then how ?
