best way of checking for Group membership?

Hi

I'm using WIndows Authentication / Directory Services to recognise my users
from their Windows login/AD etc.

I need to check they are in a specif "group" to decide if they can click
certain buttons within my app. What's the best way to achieve this with
DirectoryServices?
