C++ book on Libraries design and dll..

I m on the lookout for a C++ book on library design (static,dynamic,DLL
based) for various platforms and server types...not finding any
suitable book...I am posting this question into the group....Kindly
refer some good book for such need...

Also a good book on DLL and .LIB implementation and design shall be
very good...
