Can I use NetBeans 3.5.1 with Tomcat 5 and JSTL 1.1?

Tool versions question: NetBeans 3.5.1 comes with a private Tomcat for
developers, version 4.0.6.

If I install the latest Tomcat 5 on my machine, will NetBeans 3.5.1 work
with it and will the NetBeans IDE allow me to develop and edit JSP 2
pages with JSTL 1.1 tags?
