Cardinal version 0.1.0 released

Version 0.1.0 of Cardinal can be downloaded from here

What is it?
======

Cardinal is a program to compile Ruby programs into Parrot code.

Status
=====
Cardinal will now generate Parrot code using the IMCBackend. Ruby code
can be compiled and executed using the ParrotBackend.

Caveats
=====

It will only generate code for simple arithmatic expressions.

Running a program through Cardinal is currently an order of magnitude
slower than using Ruby.
