Configuration Error

Has anyone seen this one?

When trying to execute an asmx (i.e. testing a web service I am working on),
I get this error which refers to a
referenced assembly that I reference that contains business logic:

The given assembly name or
codebase, 'DriveTime.Services.FaInterop.BussinessComponents.FaHelper',
was invalid.

Source File: c:\winnt\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322
\Config\machine.config Line: 258
