cookies readonly !!!!!

In a aspx page i want to update a cookie-value as follows:

Response.Cookies("show")="123"

While debugging this page in Visual Studio i received the
error:

Compiler Error Message: BC30526: Property 'Item'
is 'ReadOnly'.
