Microsoft's treeview web control was not distributed with ASP.NET v1.0.
But you can download it for free here:

Don't use it if you're dynamically loading a bunch of stuff. I'm binding
mine using SQLXML. I have around 100 nodes. The thing takes >=10 seconds
to load each time.
