Deploy behaviour changed under Win XP

When deploying via an ANT script (not sure about manager but should be
the same) The WAR is being deployed to the webapp directory as usual
but the name of the directory is now Tomcat
5.5/webapps/mywebapp_deployed. On other win systems, it deploys to the
Tomcat 5.5/webapps/mywebapp directory. Also we normally deploy other
directories to the mywebapp directory but now only the WEB-INF is
deployed.

Can anyone confirm that this different behaviour is "normal".
