Deploying and inheritance

I have no idea what to do here.

I have an application I developed on my local machine and I need to
upload it to the remote host. All works fine locally but on deployment
inheritance is not working. I really do not understand deployment and
I am sure that is my problem.

Here is the error:

Parser Error Message: Could not load type
'dougboys_12_15.WebUserControl1'.

Now the folder in which my site resides locally is named
doughboys12-15. The folder that I need it to reside in remotely is
doughboyssurplus/beta4. I have no control over IIS on the remote
computer. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Never Mind I figured it out. For anyone else with the same question I
had to go to my webhosting company and start a new application for the
folder that contains the site, in this case beta 4.
