FF displays great. IE causes some problems when I scroll the window a
bit up/down. Test it, it's not always. If you select text, it will
    come to live.

    What can I do?

The Javascript is to toggle languages (simply changes the className
    for some DIVs)

    Google "IE Peekaboo bug"

    Also what's this stuff?

    <div style="clear:both;"><br></div>
    <div style="float:left;"><p><br></p>

If it is suppose to be some test content then put some test content, if
just for presentational spacing then it is really ugly markup and you
    should find a better way.
