DX9 SDK Error with the .NET Framework?

I have just installed the DX9 SDK. Being a VB Specialist, I loaded the VB
files, and tried to view the project files of one of them. However it says
it can't find the location of Microsoft.DirectX.DirectPlay (Which is
referenced, and required) it can't find any of the Microsoft.DirectX
components!
