Folder Permissions through ASP.NET

Hello Everybody,
i have created a folder thorugh my ASP.NET
application and now I want to assign the ASPNET user(admin) to modify
permission
on this folder. Is it possible that by using FileIOPermission Class I will
be able to change
permission settings on a folder, which I created through my application,
for the ASPNet user.

If someone can help me with an example or something I will greatly appreciate
it.
