How to automate repetitive tasks on firefox ???

Hi everyone. On Firefox, I am accessing a database of several cities...here is what I do manually for each city :
- I select it from a drop down list.
- I click on a "run" button
- as a result I get: a number (which I copy and paste into an excel sheet); and a link where I click to download a CSV file containing data on the pre-selected city.
There are 100 cities. Can you please suggest a code to automate this. (Any help will be great)

Standard JavaScript can do this. Just include the csv title in the select. If the number is unchanging that can be added to the select. If not, and a DB is needed, JS can do that also.
