how to delete the install information of dotnetfx.exe

i try to install dotnetfx.exe(chinese version) on XP, but on that XP
a english version has been installed. My program need the chinese
version. how can i delete the english version?

The .Net Framework should be listed in the Start Menu :
Settings, Control Panel, "Add or Remove Windows Program's".

If it isn't listed there, reply and I'll show you how to do it manually.
