All I can think of is to have image source as
<img src="ImgOut.aspx?img_id=id">
where ImgOut.aspx checks for HTTP_REFERER and outputs image to
ResponseStream.
This is how dynamic images can be created, but its a big overhead as
my images are static. Any other ideas?
