IE and ASP.NET

I am using ASP.NET 2.0 to build websites.

We have had a couple of customers experiencing problems with IE and editing
their site (with CMS). The error received from IE is 'Internet Explorer has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
' Very vague! I have not been to duplicate this error on my machine though
another co-worker has.

Is there something going on between IE and ASP.NET 2.0? I need to help these
customers but I have no clue why they are getting this error - as I am not
getting it myself!

Please, any help would be great.

Have you tried disabling "Enable Third-party Browser extensions" and
checked. Typicall IE faces issues with the various toolbars and extensions
that are installed with IE.

This can be disabled by clicking Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced -->
Uncheck "Enable Third-party Browser extensions"

Thanks
Zia
