instruction of petstore installaion

I can't find any resource of how to set petstore
with Derby. I find some resource how to set the same
thing with cloudspace. I need to know what should
be setting for JNDI or connection pool. I know for
some of you it's the same thing, however, for me
i don't know about the databse, so i need precise
steps of how to configure the each parameters.
