Is there a way to bind a particular IP address for outbound reques

I have an asp.net based site that has pages that make outbound requests to an
external site for data. The request always goes out on the physical servers
NIC (network card) IP address rather than that of the sites bound (IIS
configured) IP address. Is there any way to enforce the use (bind) the
outbound connection to a configurable IP address other than the NIC's address
?
