Hi, i am new in this group. and i don´t know if this is the correct
group for make this question.

I am going to read QR-Codes with information about Touristics points,
and with that information i want to open the Navigator of Mobile
Phone,... possibly with an implementation of google Maps for mobile if
this is possible.

So my question is:

is it possible in J2ME open a "Explorer" of the mobile from a J2ME
application?

That depends of the SDK of your mobile. If your SDK do not provide
this functionnality you can try to
Runtime.getRuntime().exec(PATH_TO_EXPLORER);
