I am looking to start development on a web application..with the
following set of features.
1. Detailed web based ui
2. lots of javascipt
3. DB interaction mysql
4. web based services
5. xml data interaction
I was going through the libraries I can use to support the same at
http://www.onjava.com/pub/q/java_os_directory .
Can someone please suggest what are the latest libraries I should be
looking at, specifically to support a web based UI (struts and all),
and generally given the above list of features . The above mentioned
url lists a lot of web frameworks and I am confused .The ones I
narrowed down to are
1. Struts,
2. Turbine,
3. Xang,
4. Dinamica (Radical J2ee framework) and
5. Echo
Any recommendations regarding which of the above should I be
considering would be helpful.
Also, are there any libraries which support user login and registration
requirements for web applications in java?
