Many errors in Microsoft.Common.targets

What can I do about the following error:


Warning 5 Cannot find wrapper assembly for type library
"Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word".
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Microsoft.Common.targets 1558
9 FormStudioMdi

I don't have anything to do with the generation of that file.

It appears to have many things that vs2010 does not like (ie, they are
underlined).

The one sited above shows up in my Error pane.
