Microsoft Script Debugger Not Getting Control

J

John H.

I installed the Microsoft Script Debugger and set
the "Enable Script Debug" flag on in IIS. Also, I made
sure that the "Disable Script Debug" flag was off in
Internet Explorer. Everything ran fine for about two
months; the Debugger was getting control. Then, all of a
sudden, it has stopped getting control. I checked the
settings above and they still OK. Anybody can tell me why
the Debugger is not getting control? Should I report this
to Microsoft as a problem?
Thanks.

Maybe the active executing user, has no rights to debug a process. Check
that using the Local Security prolicy editor for the account that you use
for IIS.
I normally disable anonymous access for debugging IIS at server side and run
with a priviliged account directly.
