not asking about if should use master page

I hate to ask this type of question something seems odd.
With my VS2008 if I create a new web project, and create a master page (and
that doesn't ask my any questions other than the name), then when I create a
web-form, it does not ask me whether I want to use a master page or not?

I used this in VS2005, and know it still exists, am I missing some setting?

thanks - I should have read the manual...

That's correct - web forms don't use MasterPages...

If you want to create a new content page, you need to select Web Content
Form in the "Add New Item" dialog...
