OLE in Webpage

Hi,

I've got to make an ASP.NET 2.0 webpage which has a download button on it
for downloading CV's. The only problem is, the CV's are currently stored in
an zipped OLE Container object within a Sybase database.

I've got all the database connection strings, however I have no idea how to
handle the data (or unzip it!) can anyone point me in the right direction?
