problem with iis asp.net

Hello.

i have win XP and when ever i run an ASP.net page to check what i was upto i
always get an error saying ;

"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging on the web
server. the server doesnt support debugging of ASP.net or ATL Server
applications. Run setup to intall the Visual Studio .net server components.
if setup has been run verify that a valid URL has been specified.

You may also want to refer to the asp.net and atl server debugging topic in
the online documentation. would you like to disable future attempts to debug
as..net pages for this project ?"

now this is the error i am gettting..i have installed the server components,
and the url is perfect...

plz let me know whts the prob and how to solve it.

your web.config might have an error in it.

Try to remember the order of installation of VS.NET and IIS. In the case you installed IIS after VS.NET, you are going to get that error. Try registering "aspnet_isapi.dll" using "aspnet_regiis.exe -i", it would be good if you reinstall IIS before that step.
