[rcr] absolute __FILE__

  1. There has been a bunch of talking recently about if
    it was a good idea to make __FILE__ an absolute path.

    You can also comment on it at RCRchive itself, which might be better
    as it keeps things together that belong together (once it's actually
    been posted as an RCR).
