Reading eml file from Outlook

I am writing an eml message to a file. That works fine. Then I can
open the message with Outlook Express. But when trying to use Outlook
(2000 or 2002) to open it some of the attachments are not shown.
Any idea?

As you don't explain much of what doesn't work, I'd suggest to create a
working version with Outlook and check for differences between the files.

Maybe security settings in outlook prevent from opening certain file types?
