Runtime-Library Eclipse Plugin

Hello

I have a question. Now I have declare all needed libraries in runtime
register. The problem is now that I must have all libraries in the plugin
folder is possible that I can included a extern library for example librarie
is in folder D:\lib then I declare this in runtime-register "Runtime
libraries" with syntax D:\lib\library.jar???
