smart client was not launching from client machine

Hi all,

When I try to launch the smart client from web page on client machine,
It was not getting launched and not showing any exception.
But It was downloaded on client machine. When I double click on .exe
of smart client there is no response. All its supported dlls are
downloaded on client machine too.

Pls let me know the solution for this....
