Smtp Send Mail on Exchange Server Box CDO.Object Not accessable.

Hi All,

we want to run a .Net 1.1 website and Exchange Server 2003 on the same box.
When we use the Smtp Send mail we get "Could not access 'CDO.Message'
object." Error.

Any thoughts on the way ahead on this.
