and experienced software engineers with above skills for various
requirements with their Clients.
Job description:
- The candidate will design and develop Enterprise Application modules
per specification.
- He/She will actively participate in requirement gathering, decision
making and technical implementation.
- He/she will work closely with Development Managers, Architects,
Project managers and other team members in addressing technical
issues.
- He/She will develop and Implement systems based on the common
framework schema standards.
- He/She will Implement appropriate solutions to problems with minimal
guidance and little direct supervision
- He/She will work independently and take ownership and accountability
for software implemented.
- He/She will provide day to day leadership of small project teams to
ensure development - projects are delivered on time, within budget and
to the expected quality levels.
- He/She will provide leadership while managing or handling the
resolution of production issues
- He/She will supports and maintain existing code base in both .NET
and ASP
- He/She will design, estimate, code, unit test and debug new
features
- He/She will works closely with other R&D teams including Product
Management, Business Analysts, Requirements Analysts, Program
Management, User Centered Design, Documentation, and Quality Assurance
Skills
Strong analytical and coding skills.
Efficient in fast learning of new technologies
3 years of software development experience
3 years developing in VB.Net or C#.
At least 3 years developing in MS SQL.
Proven ability developing and maintaining complex stored procedures
and functions required by the application.
Extensive experience managing/leading small project teams of Software
Engineers
Solid foundation for software architecture and software engineering
practices
Exposure to Enterprise Library and Composite UI code blocks
Passion for creating simple and powerful and easy to use end-user
solutions
Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills
Strong understanding of .Net 2.0.
Exposure to VB 6.0 is a plus.
