It's C++98 and C++2003 (C++2003 is mainly a correction of things that were
not specified correctly in C++98, it's Technical Corrigendum 1, or TC1).

The current version is C++ 2003.

The corrections were the TC. The 2003 Standard incorporates those
changes; it's not a TC, it's the current Standard.

I thought 98 was the latest. Where can I see the differences between 98
and 03? And which compilers support 03? g++ seemingly doesn't.

C++98 and C++03 are essentially the same, apart from a few errors that
were corrected in the formulation. No new features or anything.
